Despite starting with GPS as the Head of Marketing, Shelby is now the Chief Operating Officer looking after the day to day processes of the business. Prior to GPS Shelby was the Chief Operating Officer for an international franchise in the Financial Services sector. Shelby is also still responsible for all marketing and communications at GPS. She has an Advanced Masters in Marketing and International Business from UQ.
