20 townhouses will be constructed in this second stage. Each townhouse includes a tiled patio, master walk in robe and ensuite, timber look floors, full height tiling to the bathrooms and 2.7 metre ceilings throughout. They all have ducted air conditioning and the positioning of the windows are efficient, creating both light and privacy. The finishes for this stage will be of a higher standard than the previous stage to respond to the interest shown by the owner occupier market.
Communal facilities include a swimming pool and barbeque facilities, which were completed in stage 1. The varied external materials used for the development create a visually appealing exterior finish.
The site is close to parks, clubs, local schools and suburban shopping hubs. Major shopping amenities, such as Harbour Town and Runaway Bay Centre, are also close by.
Construction is currently 22.92% complete, with completion estimated for 20 November 2019. Three unconditional sales have been achieved with prices on average 7.05% above valuation.
With the same team that was behind stage 1, GPS expects this loan to run just as smoothly. GPS will also be funding the third and final stage of this development (construction of 19 townhouses), which is coming up soon in the pipeline.
