Right now the core focus at GPS is on loan pipeline, with a drive for high quality deals that we are sure will appeal to investors.

If you have funds returning from another loan, or have some additional funds to invest, we have three new loans that are very close to opening for investment.

A new townhouse development at Considine Street, Ellen Grove comes from a highly experienced borrower, with a builder that is well known to GPS. It has a loan amount of $4.4 million, with an LVR of 68.21%.

The Broadbeach Holdings Pty Ltd loan is a 14 residential unit development to be constructed at 27 Bradman Avenue, Maroochydore. These units will be high quality, owner occupied stock close to amenities in the highly desirable Maroochydore area. With this project, the borrower is also the builder. It has a low LVR of 65.90% and two presales have been achieved to date.

Primrose Street in Sherwood is a small project of 16 residential units from borrower GPC Projects Pty Ltd. The borrowers have a highly experienced team behind them, the loan amount is $4.8 million and the project boasts a low LVR of 63.76%.
