Each townhouse includes a tiled patio, master walk in robe and ensuite, built in robes in the remaining bedrooms, timber look floors, full height tiling to the bathrooms and 2.7 metre ceilings throughout, which is intended to appeal to the owner occupier market.
Coombabah is surrounded by affluent Gold Coast suburbs such as Runaway Bay, Paradise Point and Hope Island. The local area has appealing amenities such as parks, clubs, local schools and suburban shopping hubs. Major shopping facilities, such as Harbour Town and Runaway Bay Centre, are within seven kilometres of the site.
The development will appeal to buyers who wish to live in the Gold Coast area without the higher price tags of surrounding affluent suburbs.
The project will be marketed as Handsford Residences, with marketing already commenced through the website, hansfordresidences.com.au.
There are no townhouse projects, that GPS or the valuer are aware of, currently being marketed in the Coombabah area. Meaning very little competition to the project.
Construction is due to start in May 2018, with the majority of earthworks, benching, retaining walls and civil infrastructure (internal road) already completed – funded by the borrower.
The loan boasts an attractive LVR of 59.03% to investors.
