When funding the second stage of a project, GPS has already formed a good working relationship with the team involved, and knows how the project is performing. The process from start to finish of these loans is often smoother.

A second stage of a project currently available for investment is Creekwood Villas Pty Ltd. Construction is currently 23.01% complete and performing well ahead of milestones.
The project is located at Meridan Plains which is undergoing large scale residential development approved by the Sunshine Coast Council as part of an emerging community. The site is close to local amenities, schools, parks, supermarkets, the Currimundi Markets and the Stockland Caloundra Shopping Centre.
17 of the 27 townhouses from stage one are under contract, with all prices achieved at valuation. Marketing for stage two will commence as soon as stage one is 75% sold. However, purchasers are already showing interest in the second stage.
