Construction updates

The construction of three three-bedroom and five four-bedroom townhouses at 26-30 Waratah Avenue, Carina is proceeding well. As of 21 February 2018, the project was 58.79% complete.

The structure, including the roof, is complete, along with the blockwork, structural steel to the balconies, rough-in of services and insulation.

Each townhouse will include private open space in the form of courtyards or balconies. The development will also include common areas, landscaping and a visitor car space. An additional feature, not common to similar developments, will be a ground floor rumpus room with a wet bar in townhouses one to seven.

The Carina area is well established with a variety of local shops, bus transport, schools and parkland. The development is close to the Westfield Carindale shopping centre, St Martins Catholic Primary School, San Sisto College, Belmont Private Hospital and the Norman Park Train Station.

Half of the townhouses are now unconditionally under contract.
